Updated COVID-19 Procedures – July 20, 2020

Small Animal Medicine & Surgery has remained opened and operating since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic and we are still open to serve you and your precious pets.

Here is updated information about procedures, what has changed, and what has remained the same.

Curbside Service:
We are still operating our curbside service, so please call us when you arrive and we will provide additional instructions.

Entering the hospital:
– Face masks are required should you wish to enter the Hospital to accompany your pet.
– Only one pet parent may accompany the pet into the hospital.

Securing your pet:
– All cats, birds, small mammals, and reptiles should be placed in a secure carrier for our staff to transport him or her from your car to the building.
– All dogs must be wearing a sturdy collar and leash with NO retractable leads.

Our Boarding Facility – is OPEN!!   If you wish to board your pet, we are only allowing food and medication to accompany your pet – no bedding is allowed.  Give us a call for more information, or if you have questions!
