Small Animal Medicine & Surgery has remained opened and operating since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic and we are still open to serve you and your precious pets.
Here is updated information about procedures, what has changed, and what has remained the same.
Curbside Service:
We are still offering our curbside service, so if you select this service, please call us when you arrive and we will provide additional instructions.
Entering the hospital:
– Should you wish to enter the hospital to accompany your pet, face masks are required for those unvaccinated.
– Only one pet parent may accompany the pet into the hospital.
Securing your pet:
– All cats, birds, small mammals, and reptiles should be placed in a secure carrier for our staff to transport him or her from your car to the building.
– All dogs must be wearing a sturdy collar and leash with NO retractable leads.
